Asiavesta Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team for the positions:

LEGAL MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, or at least 3 years as Legal Manager
  • Candidates from law firms or who have experience as IPO due diligence team are preferred and encouraged to apply
  • Proven knowledge of OJK, and IDX Regulations including but not limited to Public Company reporting and monitoring obligations
  • Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills, thoroughness, and high attention to detail
  • A thorough understanding of business processes and the regulatory environment in which it operates

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing a restructuring plan for the organization’s business model or operation when necessary
  • Overseeing the execution of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings (IPOs)
  • Working closely with relevant teams to Identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Provide legal services to the business team, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and product exploration, and risk identification
  • Keep up to date with any regulation which relevant to the company business activities as well as conducting legal research and making summary of regulations
  • Assist the submission process of company permit or licenses to government institution or related institution
  • Ensure the investee’s business process is running well and develop improvements if necessary
  • Ensure the compliance of mandatory reports in accordance with applicable regulations and ensure the quality of reports submitted

 

 FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in areas of Finance and Accounting at the supervisor level
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of Accounting Principles (PSAK), Tax, Laws & relevant regulations.
  • Having a Brevet A&B Certificate is preferred
  • Having experience in public accounting firm is preferred
  • Good sense of business process, leadership and managerial skill, problem solver, and resilience under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively work on continuous improvement within financial control, risk management, and compliance
  • Involve as top reviewer in day-to-day accounting and finance management, financial and accounting report analysis, and budget/forecasting analysis
  • Overseeing and leading the preparation of the financial statements, tax, financial consolidation, and audit processes both internal and external audit
  • Assisting and working closely with relevant teams to analyse and develop new investments/businesses within the groups
  • Supervising and training members of the finance and accounting team, including those who are responsible for managing investments and portfolios

 

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Having one year of experience in finance & accounting role / Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proven knowledge of accounting journals, Tax, and Sytems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
